Families – Jump for Joy!
When was the last time you jumped out of sheer joy?
If you haven’t done so in quite some time, you can have a chance to jump and keep your mood up! You should go to the Trampoline Park at the Greenfield District.
We got a discount from Metrodeal and went there last weekend on Mother’s Day.
They have schedule for kids and toddlers early in the morning on weekends, probably to avoid being trampled on.
We had to buy non-slip socks for 80Php each because regular socks can’t be used inside.
Before going in for the fun, there is a short orientation video how to jump on the trampolines safely. Make sure to check with your kids that they understand the safety precautions.
Before you let your kids loose, scan the area first for trampolines under repair like one of the basketball trampolines which has a large hole under the basket.
If someone in your family can’t jump at the trampolines, there is a viewing area on the second floor next to where you can hold the parties.
There are lots of trampolines to choose from and games you can play with the family like basketball, volleyball and dodgeball. But our favorite is the Foam Pit!
Jumping at the trampolines really keeps your blood flowing, my wife and I were already tired just 10 minutes in. Our toddler just kept going for almost the entire hour!
I didn’t expect jumping at the trampoline would be such an exercise, so I didn’t bring any water. Good thing they’re also selling drinks or I would have quit just after 30 minutes. While resting, my son kept asking to go back to the trampolines. I don’t really know where kids get their energy, no wonder they can’t keep still.
Don’t let the prospect of exercise bother you because it is loads of fun!
Next time you want to have a really fun-filled family day out, bring your kids to the Trampoline Park!
